Fees
Initial consultation (90 minutes): $1600
Comprehensive follow up visit (60 min): $850
Standard follow up visit (45 min): $675
Psychotherapy (minimum weekly; 45 min): $475
Focused follow up visit (25 min): $450
Administrative fee billed at a rate of $225 per 15 minutes, prorated.
I accept cash, Venmo, ACH bank transfer, wire, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is due at time of service.
Insurance
In order to provide you with the highest possible quality of personalized and confidential care, I do not contract with insurance. This allows us to tailor your treatment based on your needs, without limitations imposed by third parties. Many PPO plans provide partial reimbursement up to 80%, and I can provide you with the necessary paperwork (“ to submit, if you like. Please contact your insurance plan for information on out-of-network benefits.
Cancelations
As I am holding my time for you, I request 2 business days notice for any cancelation. If I am able to fill your time with another appointment, I will refund your fee. For weekly recurring psychotherapy appointments, I request one week notice, when possible.
