  • Nutrition, restful sleep, regular movement, and human connection are the cornerstones of wellbeing. At the same time, it can be overwhelming and seem impossible to make changes. I get it. And still, it is possible. I will meet you where you are, and step by step, we can lay the foundations for building a healthy body and mind.

  • This might involve exploring dietary adjustments, addressing mineral or vitamin deficiencies, and considering the use of specific nutritional supplements or nutraceuticals. We can utilize advanced testing to elucidate the levels of nutrients your body uniquely requires to thrive.

  • We may consider evidence-based, safe and effective botanical/herbal supplements and adaptogens as potential support options.

  • I strive to deeply understand your emotional lived experience, to recognize your strengths and your struggles, and to support you in processing the past, obtaining clarity for the future, and most of all, being alive in the present.

    I draw from various forms of psychotherapy.

    Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT): This powerful approach cultivates present moment awareness to create space between your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and ease.

    Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): We will seek to identify what truly matters to you and commit to living a life aligned with those values.

    Psychodynamic Therapy: We may explore unconscious processes that might be contributing to your suffering and keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns.

    I always bring a lens of neurodiversity- affirming and cultural sensitivity.

  • We may explore how light exposure, spending time in nature, improving air quality, and minimizing exposure to toxins can positively impact your mental health.

  • When clinically appropriate and desired, I may prescribe medications as part of your comprehensive plan. Or, we may de-prescribe medications that are making you sick.

    We can utilize genetic information, in addition to your clinical symptoms and history, to guide us to more effective medications with fewer side effects. We may utilize supplements to optimize your own physiology, so that medication doses can be kept as low as possible, minimizing side effects and improving efficacy.
